To apply for funding, the company you work for is required to become a member of the MBE Skillnet network. There is no cost associated and membership is open to all private sector companies, from all industries and sectors throughout Ireland.

You will also be required to apply to Portobello Institute for your programme of choice and we will confirm you meet the entry criteria with MBE Skillnet.
You will then be required to pay directly to MBE Skillnet the deposit/fees due for the course and MBE will pay Portobello Institute directly on your behalf.

Delivered online with interactive webinars, by industry expert tutors, this 6-week course is ideal for anyone seeking to gain an insight into sustainability and environmental management as it relates specifically to facilities management.
This UK Level 5 unit certificate in “Sustainability and environmental management and the impact on facilities management” is awarded by the Institute for Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM). A UK Level 5 award is mapped closely to align with a level 7 award on the National Framework of Qualifications. Students are registered with IWFM.
